Agreement

By using AccountingAutomated automation services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide:

• AI automation strategy and implementation
• Custom tool development and system integration
• Team training and documentation
• Ongoing support and optimisation

How It Works

• Monthly partnership: Rolling monthly agreement, cancel with 30 days' notice
• Payment: Monthly fees due on the 1st of each month
• Delivery: Weekly calls plus implementation hours as specified in your Service Agreement
• Your part: Provide system access, feedback, and team availability for training

What You Get

• Complete ownership of all custom automation we build for you
• Full documentation and video walkthroughs
• Source code and ability to modify solutions
• Knowledge transfer so your team can manage everything

What We're Responsible For

• Delivering automation solutions with reasonable skill and care
• Testing solutions before deployment
• Providing documentation and training
• Fixing material defects within 30 days

What We're Not Responsible For

• Guaranteeing specific time savings or ROI
• Third-party software failures or changes
• Data loss (you should backup your data)
• Issues caused by misuse of our solutions

Liability Limits

• Our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the last 12 months
• We're not liable for indirect damages or lost profits
• You're responsible for testing solutions before full deployment

Confidentiality

• We'll keep your business information confidential
• You'll keep our methodologies and processes confidential
• This continues even after our partnership ends

Ending the Partnership

• Either party can end this with 30 days' written notice
• You keep all automations and documentation we've built
• Outstanding invoices still need to be paid
• We'll help with transition for 30 days if needed

Other Important Stuff

• These terms are governed by English law
• If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies
• Changes to these terms must be agreed in writing
